Terms of Service

WGO SEO, operated by WGO Digital Media LLC. Last updated 26 October 2026.

These terms cover your use of WGO SEO. By creating an account you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a practice or company, you confirm you have the authority to do so.

Who we are

What the service is

WGO SEO measures how a dental or orthodontic practice appears in Google search results and reports what it finds. It runs Google Maps searches around your offices, checks organic positions, crawls your website, looks at competing practices, and produces a report with recommended actions. Optional tools help a practice reply to its Google reviews and schedule posts and videos to its own Instagram, Facebook and YouTube accounts.

What the service is not

WGO SEO reports what it measures. It does not guarantee results. Search rankings are decided by Google and change constantly for reasons outside anyone's control. Nothing in a report is a promise that following it will improve your position, your traffic, or the number of patients who call you.

Reports are information, not professional advice. You decide what to act on. We are not responsible for the outcome of changes you make to your website, your Google Business Profile, or your marketing.

Your account

• You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure.
• You may only add practices, profiles and channels you own or are authorised to manage. If you are an agency, you confirm your client has authorised you.
• One account per subscriber. Sharing an account across separate businesses to avoid plan limits is not permitted.

Plans, credits and billing

How credits work

Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance. Credits are spent when a report runs, priced by what the run involves: keyword position checks, map grids and site crawls each cost a set number of credits, shown before you start.

• Credits are held when a run is queued and settled when it completes.
• If a run fails, the credits are returned. A failure on our side or our data provider's side costs you nothing.
• Unused credits roll over, capped at twice your monthly allowance.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or refunded for cash.

Payment

Subscriptions bill monthly in advance through Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that applies. Your allowance is granted when each payment succeeds.

If a payment fails

Stripe retries on its own schedule. No new credits are granted while a payment is outstanding. If it is not resolved, the subscription ends and the account drops to the free tier. Credits you already paid for stay in your account.

Cancelling

Cancel at any time from the billing portal. You keep access and any remaining credits until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund partial months, but we also do not make you call anyone to cancel.

Price changes

We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before any price change affects you.

Fair use

The data behind each report is bought from a third-party provider and costs us money per request. Credits exist to keep that sustainable. You may not:

• Automate, script or otherwise drive the service beyond normal use.
• Resell raw data pulled through the service as a data feed of its own.
• Reverse engineer the service, or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.
• Use the service to gather information about businesses for harassment or any unlawful purpose.

Reports you generate are yours. You are free to show them to your team, your clients, or anyone else.

Data sources and accuracy

Search data comes from third-party providers and from public search results. It is a sample taken at a moment in time. Rankings vary by device, by exact location and by the individual searching, so figures are close approximations rather than exact measurements. We report what we measured and how we measured it so you can judge for yourself.

Where a report describes a competing practice, that information comes from public search results and public business listings.

Google, YouTube and Meta connections

Every connection is optional and can be disconnected at any time. Our handling of the data is set out in the Privacy Policy and follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• Google Search Console and Google Analytics: read-only access, used to produce your reports. We never write to these accounts.
• Google Business Profile: used to read your reviews and post the replies you approve or have set to send.
• YouTube: WGO SEO uses YouTube API Services to upload the videos you schedule and approve to the channel you connect, and to read that channel's public statistics. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your information is covered by the Google Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload.
• Instagram and Facebook: used to publish the posts, reels and stories you schedule and approve to the accounts you connect. You are responsible for having the rights and consents for what you post, including any patient photos.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted. Reports depend on third-party providers, and when one of those is down, runs may be delayed or fail. Failed runs return their credits.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that is being used unlawfully, or where payment remains outstanding. Where the circumstances allow, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right. You may close your account at any time.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, WGO Digital Media LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost patients or lost business opportunity. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts of Denton County, Texas.
